Pearl Interactive Network is seeking Support Specialists and Managers for a Provider Support Service Center. Agents will be responsible for providing a broad range of customer and provider experience lifecycle management support services. This includes but is not limited to bi-directional provider support services; tracking of provider interactions; ticket support; providing technical direction and oversight; reporting, data sharing; and improving business workflow and processes for the PRF in alignment with HRSA’s strategic goals and objectives.
Job Duties:
Classification: Full-time, Non-exempt
Operating Hours: 9am - 9pm EST, Mon. - Fri.
Preferred Location: Virtual based, Tifton, GA (Tift County)
Salary: $13 - $18 per hour
