Customer Service Representative - Remote - Future Opportunities

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pearl Interactive Network sourcing Customer Service Representatives  Remote.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling calls, responding to emails, or chatting with customers. You will manage inquires and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information in a courteous and professional manner. Specific client and scope of work will be addressed by the Recruiter during your interview.

Technical/Equipment Requirements: 

  1. Broadband internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 20 Mbps and download speed of 5 Mbps.  No Satellite Connections. Test your network at speedtest.com to verify before you
  2. Ethernet cable access. Wi-Fi-only connectivity, prohibited.
  3. Private and secure workspace within your home. Away from noise and distractions.
  4. Computer equipment, monitor, and headset provided.
