Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Remote - Future Opportunities

Location: Virtual, in the U.S.

Pearl Interactive Network is sourcing for Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Spanish). 

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling calls from customers, answering inquiries, and questions providing accurate information in a courteous and professional manner, via phone, chat, email or messenger.

Technical/Equipment Requirements:

  1. Broadband internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 20 Mbps and download speed of 5 Mbps. No Satellite Connections. Test your network at speedtest.net to verify before you apply.
  2. Ethernet cable access. Wi-Fi-only connectivity, prohibited.
  3. Private and secure workspace within your home. Away from noise and distractions.
  4. Computer equipment, monitor(s), and headset provided.

Job Duties:

  • Support inbound customer inquiries, providing knowledgeable and customer-friendly responses to telephone, email, and chat communications in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures such as, adhering to privacy rules and responding to numerous telephone, email, and chat inquiries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Adhere to the training schedule, hours of operation, and program guidelines. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be able to speak and read Spanish fluently.
  • Must live within a 60 mile radius to USCIS facility.
  • 2 – 3 years of call center customer support via phone, email, and chat, preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Language skills assessment required. 
  • High attention to detail and follow-through. 
  • Ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively.
