Customer Care Advocate - Remote

Location: Columbia, SC

Pearl Interactive Network is seeking to hire Remote Customer Care Advocates.

The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries. The Customer Care Advocate performs research as needed to resolve Provider Enrollment inquiries.

Pearl offers a Competitive Compensation and Benefits package to include:

Operating Hours: 8 AM- 6 PM EST

Available Shifts: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, 9 AM -5:30 PM, 9:30 AM - 6 PM

Preferred Locations: AL, GA, TN, NC, SC, VA, WV
