Data Analyst - Tableau SME

Location: Washington, DC

Pearl Interactive Network is sourcing a Data Analyst - Tableau SME for Future Opportunities.

The Data Analyst - Tableau SME is responsible for analyzing call center data (DRIL and VOICE). Display searchable call data on a Tableau interactive dashboard for use by ERO management. Applicants must reside in the Washington D.C. area and be available to work in the facility.

Job Duties:

  • Identify and analyze calls to the ECCO Call Center
  • Develop and produce summary reports and facility-specific reports using Excel and Tableau based on input from ERO management.
  • Interface with COR as required to meet the contract requirements
  • Coordinate with the COR to forecast both ERO and contractor needs in an environment of shifting priorities and changing workloads
  • Provide interface between ERO and OCIO for any system support requirements for the Tableau reporting environment from call center data.
  • Provide ad hoc data gathering and analysis.
  • Analyze data from multiple internal IT systems and call center Intake email mailboxes to identify new reporting opportunities.
  • Provide quality assurance for the development, implementation, and tracking of VOICE/DRIL statistical data associated with the Tableau dashboard.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the government on the use of the Tableau business intelligence and analytics dashboard and database usage.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and twelve years of experience; or a Master’s Degree with 10 years of experience.
  • Two years of experience developing management dashboards using Tableau or similar visualization products.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills that include the ability to effectively communicate with personnel from various programs
  • A minimum of two years of experience in responding to requests for information and searching automated systems for data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
